1. Placing an order at e-ares.com Wholesale means acceptance of these regulations.
2. E-ares.com is a wholesaler (hereinafter: Warehouse) and serves business entities. The owner of the e-ares.com warehouse is Ares Karol Kałuski ul. 3-go Maja 5 / 10305-870 Błonie NIP: 1181748517, VAT EU: PL1181748517 REGON: 140267743. The person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) declares that he performs this activity on behalf and for the benefit of the business entity. Sales in the e-ares.com warehouse are not subject to consumer law.
   
   
3. The ordering party is required to provide invoice data (including company name and valid tax identification number) and for shipping. The invoice will be prepared on the basis of data provided by the customer.
   
   
4. All prices in our store are net wholesale prices (they do not include VAT).
      
5. Wholesale e-ares.com reserves the right to any changes in the prices of products on offer without notice. He also has the right to remove and add goods to the offer, enter, cancel as well as change promotional campaigns at any time.
      
6. The goods offered in our store are new, it comes from legal sources and is free from defects.
7. By placing an order, you agree to place your personal data in our database. The data will be used to fulfill the order and marketing purposes.
8. The e-ares.com warehouse is not responsible for errors resulting from a system failure. The wholesaler is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Employer when placing the order. In particular, incorrectly calculated shipping costs, VAT rate or the price of the goods cannot be considered final and are subject to correction.
      
9. The wholesaler reserves the right not to complete all or part of the order. If the ordered product is not available at the time of completing the order, the wholesaler provides the Purchaser with available products from among those ordered.
     
10. Ordering goods takes place after pressing the "ORDER" button on the Wholesaler's website and prior providing all necessary data.
       
11. We do not accept returns.
       
12. The maximum order processing time is stated on the product page.
       
13. Placing an order means the conclusion of a contract between entrepreneurs and causes the obligation to pay.
      
14. Before picking up a parcel, check that the packaging has not been damaged in transit. In particular, pay attention to the condition of the tapes or seals affixed to the package. If the parcel's packaging shows signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept the parcel and make a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the parcel on delivery is a necessary condition for taking into account any customer claims for damage or theft of the parcel during transport (product guarantees do not include mechanical damage caused by external action).
       
15. We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photos of products in our store are accurate, but we are not responsible for changes or errors in the descriptions.
       
16. The VAT invoice is sent electronically. If the customer wishes to receive a VAT invoice with the shipment, he should put such information in the notes to the order.
    
    
17. All materials made available on the website, in particular: text, photos, graphics, software are protected by copyright and property.
      
18. Photos received by the customer can be used only for the purpose of selling goods purchased at e-ares.com Wholesale.
       
19. The Purchaser undertakes to read the ordering information placed on e-ares.com.
    
    
20. The wholesaler reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the use of the Online Store caused by its technical service, maintenance works or work on improving its functionality. At the same time, the Seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that these breaks take place at night and last as short as possible.
       
21. The wholesaler reserves the right to amend the Regulations. The changes are effective as of their announcement on the website www.e-ares.com.
       
22. Orders placed before the entry into force of the amendments referred to in the above point will be implemented on the terms in force at the time of their submission.
       
23. Purchases in the e-ares.com warehouse are not consumer sales and do not apply to individuals. The purchase is made only by the entrepreneur. Therefore, bulk orders cannot be returned. Only damaged products, which the buyer should inform the Ares within 7 days of receiving the parcel, are subject to exchange.
